This list is organized alphabetically. Refer to the exact requested item on the email or letter you received from the Financial Aid Office (FAO). If the item has a number in front of it (i.e., 2012-13, 2011, etc.), the item will be listed by the first letter that appears after the number.

Returning B-W students and new B-W students who have received their WebExpress login can check the status of forms they submitted by logging into WebExpress. Please allow 5 business days from the date you submitted the requested item(s) for processing by the FAO.

NSLDS Exceeds Fed Loan Limits |
NSLDS records indicate that you may have exceeded federal loan limits. |
Contact the FAO for further instructions. |

NSLDS Loan Default |
According to your SAR, NSLDS records indicate that you are in default on a federal student loan. |
You are not eligible to receive any federal student aid until your default has been resolved. Federal regulations require that you make satisfactory arrangements with the holder of your loan to repay the defaulted loan. Once you have repaid the loan or made satisfactory arrangements to repay the loan, please submit documentation to our office and we will reactivate your application for financial aid. |

NSLDS Grant Overpayment |
According to your SAR, NSLDS records indicate that you received at least one overpayment of federal student aid funds. |
You are required by law to repay any funds received from the federal aid programs to which you were not entitled. Until your overpayment has been resolved, you are ineligible to receive any federal student assistance. Contact the FAO to determine the correct action to take. |

NSLDS Identity Theft Flag |
NSLDS indicates that a federal student loan in your name has a status associated with identity theft. You must resolve this issue before we are able to award federal aid. |
You (the student) need to have your personally identifiable information removed from the fraudulently received loan. Contact the U.S. Department of Education at 1-800-4-FED-AID. |

To resolve your defaulted or fraudulent federal student loan(s), contact the lender associated with the loan. Update the FAO when the issue has been resolved. Be prepared to submit supporting documentation. |

Parent Information Omitted |

If you did this because you have a special circumstance that you want the FAO to consider, you need to contact us to determine what additional information you will need to provide.
