  1. A Federal Perkins Loan is listed on your most recent financial aid award letter for the 2013-14 academic year at Baldwin Wallace University.
     
  2. You have decided to decline the Federal Perkins Loan offered to you in the 2013-14 academic year.
     
  3. You realize that this decision is final and cannot be reversed. This means that once you decline the Federal Perkins Loan, the Financial Aid Office will offer it to another student, making the funds unavailable to you if you change your mind.
