Undergraduate Commencement Schedule of Events

10-11 a.m.	Baccalaureate Service Kulas Musical Arts Building, 96 Front St. (directions)

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.	President's Reception Strosacker Hall - Student Union, 120 E. Grand St. (directions)

12:00-12:30 p.m.	White Rose Ceremony West Garden of Strosacker Hall - Student Union (directions)

1:15-2:15 p.m.	Rehearsal Ursprung Gymnasium (located in Lou Higgins Center), 136 E. Bagley Rd. (directions)

2:30 p.m.	Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony * George Finnie Stadium, 141 E. Bagley Rd. (directions) Inclement Weather Plan: In the case of inclement weather, the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held in Ursprung Gymnasium (located in Lou Higgins Center), 136 E. Bagley Rd. (directions). Tickets for guests are required if the ceremony is moved inside (ticket information).

* Caps and gowns are required. Men should wear white shirts and dark shoes. Women may wear light (including white) or dark shoes but should avoid bright colors.

Commencement ceremony usually lasts 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Individual academic departments may host receptions for graduating seniors and parents. Contact departments directly for information.

Almost all parking on campus is open the day of the ceremony. No parking is allowed in fire zones. Additional handicap parking will be clearly marked. Please check with the Parking Services Office if you have specific questions at (440) 826-2333.
