2,165  Baldwin Wallace University students will lose their Ohio Student Choice Grant (OSCG) as part of drastic program changes contained in Gov. Strickland's budget proposal.  The loss of Choice Grants will have a tremendously negative impact on students across Ohio, their families, and independent higher education.
