Reva brings extensive leadership experience to Career Services from both higher education and the corporate worlds. She develops strategic relationships with local regional and national career development partners. Additionally, she represents B-W on the Northeast Ohio Teacher Education Day (NOTED) consortium and the Northcoast Consortium for Career Advancement (NCCA). Reva advises students in all majors and is the liaison to the Education Division. Additionally, Reva has completed course requirements and passed the qualification testing required to interpret the MBTI assessment.

As Assistant Director, Lacey assists with the leadership of Career Services and develops strategic relationships with local career development partners. In addition, Lacey serves as the Career Services liaison to the Business Division and international students. She also teaches College 115: Career Decision-Making. Lacey manages the planning and implementation of the yearly Career & Internship Expo, as well as Fall and Spring Career Weeks. Lacey has completed coursework requirements and passed the qualification testing required to interpret the MBTI assessment.

Meghan Chrobak mchrobak@bw.edu Meghan is the liaison to the academic divisions of Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Theatre, and Music Conservatory. She advises students in these and all other academic fields. Meghan leads various Career Services programs, such as: Resume Writing Clinic, TWIST, and Express Lanes. She also helps manage the Career Leadership Corps.

Beth Ehrbar, Career Advisor behrbar@bw.edu As a Career Advisor, Beth plans and implements programs for first year students and students undecided on their major. She introduces first year students to the resources in Career Services making various presentations throughout the year and coordinating the Career Services First Year Student Open House. Beth advises students in all majors and manages the DISCOVER software program, a valuable self-assessment career planning tool available to all students. Beth brings experience in school counseling, business, and marketing.

As a Career Advisor, Judy is the liaison to the Divisions of Health & Physical Education and Math & Computer Science, and the Departments of Communications & Theatre and LIfe & Earth Science. She advises majors in these and all other disciplines. Facilitating Resume Writing Clinics, Internship and Career Services orientation programs, and Express Lanes are among Judy's responsibilities. Judy also oversees the Internship Program and CareerPlace (resource center), and maintain's the Career Services Web site. She has completed course requirements and passed the qualification testing required to interpret the MBTI assessment.

Linda's main responsibilities are employer relations and the On-Campus Recruiting Program. She also coordinates the job and internship posting process on the B-W Career Network.

Students in the Career Leadership Corps serve as paraprofessionals in the Office of Career Services. Responsibilities include customer service and outreach to the B-W Community and its academic departments/divisions. Career Leadership Corps (CLC) members serve as peer career mentors and provide support for career-related programs and special events.
