| Burrell Observatory Open House |
| The Burrell Observatory is proud to host an open house program on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 7:30pm. Dr. Chris Martin will present his research on what we know about the center of our galaxy. Dr. Martin, Assoc. Professor of Astronomy at Oberlin College, has been awarded time on the ESA's Herschel space telescope, and leads the HIGGS (Herschel Inner Galaxy Gas Survey) project. The lecture will be held in the "Center for Innovation and Growth" (CIG). After the lecture the Burrell Observatory will be open for viewing, weather permitting. |
