Baldwin-Wallace Women's Soccer Team Ties John Carroll, 0-0, in Double Overtime

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College women's soccer team tied Ohio Athletic Conference and Cleveland cross-town rival John Carroll University, 0-0, tonight (Wednesday, October 3, 2007) in double overtime at The George Finnie Stadium in Berea.

With the tie, the Yellow Jackets are now 7-4-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the OAC, while the Blue Streaks are now 4-6-1 overall and 0-1-1 in the OAC

B-W tied JCU in the battle of shots, 12-11, but lost corners, 5-1.

In goal, Yellow Jacket senior three-time All-OAC player Michelle Neff (Strongsville) recorded four saves.

The B-W women continue OAC play on Saturday (Oct. 6) when they host Capital University at 12:30 p.m. in the first game of a women's and men's doubleheader at Finnie Stadium.
