2010-11 Baldwin-Wallace College Wrestling Schedule Released

BEREA, OHIO -- Twenty-third year Baldwin-Wallace College wrestling Head Coach Rich Fleming has released the Yellow Jackets' 2010-11 schedule. B-W will open the season at the Messiah (Pa.) College Tournament on Saturday, November 6 at 10:00 a.m. B-W's home opener is set for Tuesday, Nov. 30 versus Tiffin University at 7:30 p.m. at Ursprung Gymnasium in Berea. B-W also will host the 25th Annual John Summa Memorial Tournament on Saturday, February 5.

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College wrestling team placed sixth at the 2010 Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Tournament today (Saturday, February 20) at Mount Union College in the McPherson Academic and Athletic Complex in Alliance. (Complete Release)

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College wrestling team won four of the night’s last five matches with two pins en route to a 25-20 victory over Ohio Athletic Conference and Cleveland cross-town rival John Carroll University on Senior’s Night (Tuesday, February 9, 2010) at the Urspung Gymnasium in Berea. The win was only the second over JCU in program history and first since a 20-16 victory in 1992. (Complete Release)

Baldwin-Wallace Grapplers Finish Third at 24th Annual Summa Tourney in Berea

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College wrestling team finished third of five teams at the 24th Annual John Summa Tournament in the Lou Higgins Center Fieldhouse today (Saturday, February 6, 2010).  Two  Yellow Jackets won individual titles and three B-W grapplers placed second.
