OAC Players-of-the-Week: December 13-20
Men's Basketball
Otterbein senior guard Mark Church (Columbus/Westland) had a stellar all-around game with 15 points, seven rebounds, five steals, four blocked shots and three assists in the Cardinals win against Mount Union. Church was 7-of-12 (.583) from the field.
Baldwin Wallace senior post Thad Davis (Elyria/Open Door) averaged 25.0 points and 17.0 rebounds in two games last week. Davis had 30 points, 19 rebounds and two blocked shots in a win against Ohio Northern and added 20 points, 15 rebounds and two blocks in a victory against Capital. Davis is eighth on BW's all-time scoring list with 1,527 points and is seventh all-time with 775 rebounds.
Women's Basketball
Mount Union senior forward Ashley Bourdeau (Perry) tallied a career-high 32 points and pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds against Otterbein last week. On the year, Bourdeau leads the team in scoring (14.6 ppg) and is second in rebounding (5.9 rpg). She also has a team-high 11 blocked shots.
