The Women's Golf Team Won the Wilmington College Invitational
BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace women's golf team finished in 1st place out of five teams competing at the Wilmington College Invitational held at the Snow Hill Country Club(Par 70;5817 yards).
B-W shot a team total of 358 led by freshman Kylee Ehinger (Roanoke, Ind./Bishop Luers) with a one-day total of 86. Fellow freshman Tara Wetheraldt (Stockton, Ca./Franklin) and Sarah Hacker (New Albany, Ind./Our Lady of Providence) both fired an 88 for B-W. Sophomore Emily Scheetz (Canton/Perry) contributed with a 96 and Lauren Buckner (Westlake/Senior) shot a 95. Lindsay Light(Ft. Wayne, Ind./Concordia Lutheran) rounded out the B-W scoring shooting a 100.
From Wilmington College Tangy Shell took the individual medalist position with a 85.
The women's golf team will be back in action on September 20 and 21 at the Hanover College Invitational at the Sunrise Golf Course and Spring Hills Golf Course.
