B-W Women's Golf Team Finishes in 17th Place at the Grand Valley State (Mich.) Tournament

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College women's golf team finished in 17th place at the Grand Valley State University Tournament in Allendale, Michigan. Today, the Yellow Jackets carded a 395 team total for a two-day score of 808 strokes.
Leading the way for the Yellow Jacket women was freshman Emily Scheetz (Canton/ Perry High School) with a two-day total of 180 strokes, including a team-best 86 today. She was followed by freshman Lauren Buckner (Westlake Senior H.S.) with a 185, junior Lindsay Light (Ft. Wayne, Ind./ Concordia Lutheran) with a 204, sophomore Sarah Todd (Seneca, Pa./ Cranberry H.S.) with a 244, freshman Jessica Graham (Avon Lake H.S.) with a 248 and sophomore Trisha Douglas (Geneva) with a 302.
Complete aggate results from the tournament, including all team scores, will be posted on this web site later tonight or tomorrow.
The Yellow Jackets will next compete at the Defiance College Jon Speiss Invitational on Monday, September 9.
