The Baldwin-Wallace College Women's Golf Team Finishes Sixth at the Wittenberg University Invite

The Baldwin-Wallace College women's golf team shot a 372 to finish in sixth place at the Wittenberg University Spring Invitational at the Windy Knoll Golf Club in Springfield, Ohio.

B-W was led by senior three-time All-OAC player Sarah Hacker (New Albany, Indiana/ Our Lady of Providence) who carded an 85 to finish sixth individually.  Following Hacker was sophomore Lydia Cole (East Canton) in a tie for 18th with an 89, sophomore Simone Short (Toledo Whitmer) finished in tie for 42nd with a 98, junior Karli Townsend (Malvern) carded a 100 to finish 46th and junior Rochelle McKinney (Malvern) finished tied for 49th with a 102.

The University of Findlay won the team championship with a 341 total score. Findlay's Katie Clementz won individual medalist honors after carding an 82.

Next Wednesday (April 18) the Yellow Jackets will play in the Capital University/Otterbien College Invitational at Table Rock Golf Club in Centerburg, Ohio.
