Allison Streicher enters her first season as an assistant coach for the Baldwin Wallace University volleyball program in 2011 

Streicher comes to the College after recently graduating in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from Bluffton University in Bluffton, Ohio.  At Bluffton, Streicher was a four-year varsity letter winner in volleyball and was named team captain as a senior. As a junior in 2009-2010, she helped lead the Beavers to a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship and a berth in the 2009 NCAA Division III National Tournament.

Prior to coming to BW, Streicher worked as an intern at the Pathways Counseling Center from January through April of 2011. During this internship, she improved her organization and communication skills to better prepare her for the challenges that await her as a collegiate coach.
