B-W Volleyball Team Defeates Mount Union College 30-22, 30-28, 30-23

BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College volleyball team defeated Mount Union College in Berea in three matches, 30-22, 30-28, 30-23.  With the victory, the 20th ranked Yellow Jackets improve to 17-4 overall and 3-1 in the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Junior Cassie Palmer (Greenwich/South Central)  and senior Sarah Gordon(Wooster/Senior) both led the team with 12 kills each.  Junior Kerry Helm (Luckey/Eastwood) led the team in set assists with 33 Senior libero Kate Kost (Fairview Park/Fairview) led the team in digs with 15 followed by junior Emily Bowen (Tiffin/Columbian) and Kost with 12 digs each. 

B-W will next be in action when they play Rochester (N.Y.) Institute of Technology when they travel to the Wittenberg National Invitational in Springfield, Ohio on October 11-12.
