Nick Hanna, a 2005 graduate of the College, will be entering his fifth on the Yellow Jacket swimming and diving staff in 2011-2012.
A native of Napoleon, Ohio, Hanna was a three-year letterwinner and a 2005 team captain for the Yellow Jackets and competed in freestyle, breaststroke and individual medley events. In 2005, Hanna placed sixth in the 200 IM and sixth in the 400 IM at the OAC Championship Meet. Hanna ranks in the B-W Top-10 in four events, including ranking sixth the 400 IM (4:30.37).
Hanna served as the Head Coach of the Napoleon Aquatic Club from 2004-06 and as an Age Group Swim Coach at Ridgewood YMCA from 2006-07.
Hanna earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2008 and currently works as an attorney in the Cleveland area in addition to serving as a developemental coach for the Lakewood Recreation Swim Team. He currently resides in Lakewood.
