Todd Richert Earns All-America Honors in 3-Meter Dive; First-Ever 2-Time All-American

BEREA, OHIO --  Baldwin-Wallace College freshman diving sensation Todd Richert, a graduate of North Royalton High School, placed 12th in the finals of the three-meter diving event at the 2008 NCAA Championship Meet at Miami of Ohio in Oxford.

With his 12th place finish, Richert earns Division III All-America honors for the second time in the meet. He becomes the first-ever two-time swimming All-American in school history.  Richert scored 422.15 points.

On Thursday, Richert earned All-America honors by placing 13th in the one-meter event with 394.05 points.

Richert won the one-meter title at the 2008 Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Meet and was second in the 3-meter event and was subsequently named as the OAC Men's Diver of the Year.
