2012 Notes:   Sarah Baker is playing in her senior season of softball at Baldwin-Wallace College in 2012. She became the all-time leader in career victories with 41 with a 3-2 victory against Chatham (Pa.) on March, 26, 2012.  In that victory, Baker hit the game-winning home run for the comeback victory.

2011-12 Outstanding Senior Female Athlete:  Sarah is the recipient of the 2011-12 Marcia French Award as the Most Outstanding Senior Female Athlete.

2011 Notes:  As a junior in 2011, She earned her third varsity letter after appearing in all 39 games on the mound or in the field.  Sarah posted a record of 6-4 with 24 strikeouts.  She also had a .265 batting average with four doubles, her second career home run and 15 RBI.

2010 Notes:  As a sophomore in 2010,  Sarah earned her second varsity letter and was named the OAC Pitcher-of-the-Week on April 5, 2010.  She was B-W "ace" as she the single-season records with 19 wins and 185 innings pitched.  Sarah was also was single-season list with 21 complete games.  She also had led the team with a career-high 11 doubles, was tied for team lead with a career-best 13 walks and had a career-high 19 RBI.

2009 Notes:  As a freshman in 2009, Sarah earned her first varsity letter and was named OAC Pitcher-of-the-Week on March 23, 2009.  She was B-W's "ace" as she posted a record of 12-8 with a career-low 2.25 earned run average.  Sarah recorded 17 strikeouts while only surrendering five walks.   She hit a career-best .280 with three doubles, one triple and 11 RBI.

Academic Excellence:  In addition to being an outstanding softball pitcher and outfielder, Sarah carries a 3.35 grade point average and is a candidate for both Academic All-OAC and CAPITAL ONE Academic All-District honors.
