Baldwin-Wallace’s Tanya Davis Named ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District IV and Academic All-OAC

BEREA, OHIO -- Baldwin-Wallace College sophomore catcher Tanya Davis (Hinckley/ Medina Highland) has been named to the 2009 ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District IV softball team. Davis was chosen as a first-team selection and becomes eligible for the Academic All-America process. Davis was also selected to the Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.

Baldwin-Wallace College Softball Junior Outfielder Mallory Kobak Named Second-Team All-Region

BEREA, OHIO — The Baldwin-Wallace College softball team swept an Ohio Athletic Conference doubleheader at rival Wilmington College today (April 25, 2009) in Wilmington.  The Yellow Jackets won the first game, 7-2, and captured the nightcap with a 6-5 win. (Complete Release)

Myor Ties RBI Record -- Senior All-OAC first baseman Caitlin Myor (Sheffield Village/ Elyria Senior) tied the Baldwin-Wallace career record for most runs batted in with 123, shared with 2-time All-American Nicole Loudin, with a solo homerun in the first game.
