BEREA, OHIO — The Baldwin-Wallace College athletic department will set an Ohio Athletic Conference record this Saturday when it telecasts the OAC’s first-ever tripleheader on SportsTime Ohio. All of the action will take place at Finnie Stadium.
The Yellow Jacket football team plays host to Muskingum University in its first game at 1:30 p.m. That game will air on STO at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night, 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18 and again at 5:00 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 19. Veteran sportscaster Adam Mendoza of North Royalton will offer the play-by-play and Strongsville High grad Chris Terlop, a sophomore at B-W and a member of both the campus radio station broadcast team and a pitcher on the baseball team, will offer the color analysis.
Then at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m., B-W will play host to a women’s and then men’s soccer match versus Muskingum. The women’s broadcast will air on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The men’s game will air on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and again on Monday at 1:00 p.m.
And, if you’re bored on Saturday with football and soccer at Finnie Stadium, for good measure B-W will host a volleyball match against Marietta College at 1:00 p.m. in the Ursprung Gymnasium of the Lou Higgins Center and host its swimming and diving season opener versus Wheeling (W.Va.) Jesuit University at 1:00 p.m. in the Higgins Center Natatorium.
