BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College men's tennis team defeated Wabash (Ind.) College, 5-4, today (Tuesday, March 6) in the fourth match of its 2007 Spring Break Trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C.

With the win, the Yellow Jacket men improve to 9-0 this season and 4-0 on its trip to Hilton Head Island. B-W also will play Marywood (Pa.) University at 12:00 noon.

In the win versus Wabash College, number two singles player Ryan McCartney (Lorain/ Admiral King), sophomore No. 4 player Jim Kucera (Mentor), sophomore No. 5 player Zach Long (Ashland/ Senior) all won in singles play.

In doubles, the No. 1 tandem of Daly and sophomore Jim Kucera (Mentor), and the No.3 duo of Redd and McCartney won.

The Yellow Jacket men play their final two matches on the spring break trip on March 7 when they play Westminster (Pa.) College at 12:00 p.m. and Lebanon Valley (Pa.)
