B-W Sophomore Carlin Vandendriessche Named OAC Player-of-the-Week
BEREA, OHIO -- Baldwin-Wallace College sophomore men's soccer player Carlin Vandendriessche (Medina/ Senior) has been named as Ohio Athletic Conference Player-of-the-Week for his performance during the week of September 14-20, 2009.
Vandendriessche scored four goals from his forward position to lead the Yellow Jacket men to wins against Oberlin College, 3-0, on Sept. 16 and versus Grove City (Pa.) College, 4-1, on Sept. 19. In each game, Vandendriessche scored the game-winning goal. To date, he leads B-W, 2-5 overall, in scoring as the Jackets next play at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 7:30 p.m.

In other B-W sports news, the College is announcing that the Oct. 17 women's and men's soccer doubleheader versus Muskingum University will be broadcast by SportsTime Ohio (www.sportstimeohio.com). The game will be aired at 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18 and again at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19.
