B-W Freshman Midfielder Pat Brennan Named OAC Player of the Week

BEREA, OHIO -- Baldwin-Wallace College freshman midfielder Pat Brennan (Akron/ Walsh Jesuit) has been named as this week's Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week.
 
Brennan totaled three points in two games last week with a key goal and a game-winning assist. Versus Capital University on Wednesday (October 20), Brennan scored B-W's second goal as the Yellow Jackets rallied from three down to tie the Crusaders, 3-3. On Saturday (Oct. 24), Brennan assisted the game-winner in a 1-0 Jacket victory at Marietta College.
 
For the season, Brennan is second on the squad with 14 points on four goals and a team-high six assists.
 
The Yellow Jackets, 10-6-1 overall and 5-1-1 in the OAC, play at Cleveland cross-town rival John Carroll University on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 4:00 p.m. and wrap up the regular season on Saturday, Oct. 31 at Wilmington College at 7:30 p.m. The Jackets have already clinched a home match in next week's OAC Tournament and are still in the running for a first-round bye.
