Yellow Jacket Women Finish Fourth and Men Fifth at the 2004 OAC Indoor Championship Meet
BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin Wallace University women's indoor track and field team finished fourth and the men fifth at the 2004 OAC Indoor Championship Meet this weekend (March 5-6) in the Capital Center on the campus of Capital University in Bexley, Ohio.
One Yellow Jacket claimed an individual title. Senior Alex Johnson (Berea/ Olmsted Falls) won the shot put with a throw of 52-feet and five and one-half inches. To access all of the results from the championships, please click here.
The Yellow Jacket men and women return to Berea tonight and then head south to the Sunshine state of Florida tomorrow for a week of training prior to competing in the Disney Relays on March 12-13. The first northern outdoor meet is on Saturday, March 27 at the Muskingum College Invitational in New Concord.
