Earned indoor All-OAC honors with third-place finishes in the weight throw (50'2.5") and shot put (51'3")...hit an indoor NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the shot put (51'3")...named OAC Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 23, 2009...won the OAC outdoor shot put with a career-best throw of 54'0" and placed second in the discus (152'5") and hammer throws (163'2") - both career-bests...named the OAC Sparky Adams Field Athlete of the Year...named the USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region Field Athlete of the Year...became B-W's first outdoor shot put All-American with an eighth-place throw of 53'1.50" at the NCAA Championships.

Recorded season-best throws of 49’8.25” in the shot-put, 149’7” in the discus toss and 141’ in the hammer …earned All-Ohio honors by placing third in the shotput (49-6.5).
2007
Earned All-Ohio honors with a fourth-place finish with a discus throw of 141’3… received the Tim McCaig Outstanding Male Thrower award for the shotput…named Co-Most Valuable Athlete for the team… recorded season-bests of 47’9.5” in the shot put and 43’5” in the 35-pound weight throw.
