Earned third varsity letter as a junior...earned All-OAC honors as a member of the championship distance medley relay team (9:55.57)...posted indoor season-bests in the 800m (2:30.56) and the mile (5:30.19)...member of the indoor 4x800m relay that posted a season-best 12:45.66 at the OAC Relays...clocked outdoor season-best times in the 800m run (2:26.72), 1,500m run (5:02.81) and 5,000m run (20:12.12)...named honorable mention Academic All-OAC.
2008
Earned second varsity letter as a sophomore...earned All-OAC honors as a member of the first-place 4x800m relay team (9:30.48) at the OAC Outdoor Championships…earned indoor All-OAC honors in the mile with a career-best 5:18.97 and with the distance medley relay team (12:31.33) at the OAC Championships.
2007
Earned first varsity letter as a freshman...posted an indoor career-best time of 2:24.88 at the OAC Championships.. ran to season-best of 4:54.00 in the outdoor 1500m at the All-Ohio meet.
