2011:
Named as the Ohio Athletic Conference Track Runner of the Week for her efforts in leading B-W to the OAC Relay Meet title in Columbus on January 29. Set a school-record in the 1-mile run (4:59.34) at Kent State Tune-Up and led the team to the All-Ohio Meet title at Kenyon on February 12. Named to 2011 Academic All-OAC team.
2010
Earned third varsity letter as a junior…earned first career All-American honor by finishing national runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and shattering the school-record with a time of 10:30.53 at the NCAA Championship meet hosted by B-W…named the Distance Runner of the Meet at the OAC Outdoor Championships…ran on the first-place 4x800m relay team (9:24.54) and won both the 3,000m steeplechase (10:59.22) and the 5,000m run (18:17.85)…named OAC Track Athlete of the Week on March 22 after posting a national provisional qualifying time in the 1,500m run at the University of North Carolina Charlotte meet…won the 5,000m run at the Ohio Wesleyan University Marv Frye Meet with a time of 17:49.50…earned indoor All-OAC honors in three events…ran on the first place distance medley relay team (12:18.30) which set a facility record at Marietta…won the 1,000m run in a time of 3:03.11, also setting a Marietta facility record, and was second in the mile (5:15.27)…named the OAC Track Athlete of the Week on February 22 after winning the 1,000m run and placing second in the 5,000m run at the annual Greater Cleveland College Championship meet at B-W…ran indoor career-best times in the 800m run (2:22.54), the 1,000m run (3:03.11), the 3,000m run (10:49.92), the 5,000m run (18:26.92), and the one-mile run (5:12.47)…placed fourth in the 800m run at the All-Ohio Championships and ran on the first-place distance medley relay team (12:19.18)...named Academic All-OAC.
2009
Earned second varsity letter as a sophomore...earned outdoor All-OAC honors with a second-place finish in the 1,500m run (4:50.01)...also ran on the OAC Champion 4x800m relay (9:23.49)...placed first in the 1,000m run at the OAC Indoor Championship meet (3:04.94) and placed third in the mile (5:13.07)...member of the OAC Championship winning distance medley relay team (12:36.51)...set indoor season-bests in the 5,000m run (18:47.52) and the 800m run (2:26.84).
2008
Earned first varsity letter as a freshman...earned outdoor All-Ohio honors in the 1,500m run and with the 4x400m relay team…earned outdoor All-OAC status in the 800m run (2:20.32), 1,500m run (4:48.00) and with the 4x800m relay team (9:30.48)...earned indoor All-OAC honors in the mile (5:14.74), 1,000m run (3:09.44) and with the distance medley relay (12:31.33).
