Mark Jochum enters his third season as offensive line coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2012.

Jochum is no stranger to the Ohio Athletic Conference and the BW program. Before arriving at Baldwin Wallace, Jochum was the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at Marietta College and was a letterman on the John Carroll University football squad in the early 2000s. Jochum graduated from JCU in 2002 and received the team’s “Unsung Hero Award” for his leadership and dependability as a senior offensive lineman.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education, Jochum spent two seasons as an intern at JCU and served as offensive line coach, recruiting coordinator and assistant strength and conditioning coach. In 2005, he accepted a similar position at Franklin (Ind.) College and coached there for three seasons.

Jochum, a native of Euclid, plans to move to the Cleveland area with his wife, Jessica.
