Baldwin Wallace University ATHLETICS: SPORTS PLAYED (YEARS AND LETTES WON): Travis played four seasons of football and earned three varsity letters. ATHLETIC HONORS: Travis earned second-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors as a senior and was selected second-team All-Ohio by OhioCollegeFootball.com.GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: Travis Barnhill played four seasons of football at Baldwin Wallace University (2008-2011). He was a four-year varsity contributor, earned three varsity letters and started for three seasons. He had his best season as a senior when he earned second-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors and was selected to play in the annual Ohio College All-Star Game. As the starting left tackle, he helped BW to compile an 8-2 record and a final No.24 ranking in the final Division III polls (AFCA and d3football.com). Travis helped the Yellow Jacket offense to average 30.2 points and 371 yards of total offense. As a freshman in 2008-2009, Travis played in his first season of football and dressed for a few varsity games and split time on the junior varsity squad as an offensive tackle. Travis was credited with appearing in one varsity contest on the offensive line. As a sophomore in 2009-2010, Travis played in second season of football, earned his first varsity letter and saw action both as a starter and backup at OT in nine games (missed one due to injury). As a junior in 2010-2011, Travis competed in his third season of football, earned his second letter, started at left tackle and was a key mainstay on BW's 7-3 overall team. As a senior in 2011-12, Travis played in his fourth season of football, earned his third letter, started at left tackle in all ten games, was selected to second team All-OAC and was named second team All-Ohio by OhioCollegeFootball.com and was a key component to BW's 8-2 overall team. As a junior in 2006-2007 in football, he earned second-team All-Greater Buckeye Conference honors. As a senior in 2007-2008 in football, Travis was named a team captain, earned first-team All-GBC and All-District honors and was an honorable mention All-Ohio choice. |
