Taraschke and Schmuhl Named OAC Cross Country Co-Women’s Coaching Staff of the Year BEREA, OHIO – Baldwin-Wallace College cross country Head Coach Dr. Bill Taraschke and Assistant Coach Eric Schmuhl have been named as the 2009 Ohio Athletic Conference Co-Women’s Coaching Staff of the Year after leading the Yellow Jackets to their 16^th OAC Championship this fall. 2009 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships BEREA, OHIO – Baldwin-Wallace College hosted the 2009 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 21 at Highland Park Golf Course in Highland Hills. Wisconsin Eau Claire won the women's team title and St. Lawrence's (N.Y.) Wendy Pavlus won the individual championship. On the men's side, North Central (Ill.) captured the team crown and Lynchburg's (Va.) Ricky Flynn was the top individual. B-W Women’s Cross Country Team Competes at 2009 NCAA Division III National Meet BEREA, OHIO – The Baldwin-Wallace College women’s cross country team finished 29th today (Saturday, November 21, 2009) with 583 points at the 2009 NCAA Division III National Cross Country Meet hosted by Baldwin-Wallace at Highland Park Golf Course in Highland Hills. Yellow Jacket Women Place Fifth at DIII NCAA Great Lakes Regional; Hlavin and Chinn Earn All-Region Men's Results \| Women's Results BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College women’s cross country team placed fifth of 34 teams at the 2009 NCAA Great Lakes Regional this afternoon (Saturday, November 14) in Terre Haute, Indiana. Two Yellow Jackets earned all-region honors and senior D’Arcy Hlavin (Berea) remained eligible for an at-large bid to next Saturday’s NCAA National Championship meet hosted by B-W in Highland Hills. B-W Women Capture 16th Cross Country Championship; Men Place 5th in Wilmington Men's Results \| Women's Results BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin-Wallace College women’s cross country team placed first and captured the 16th Ohio Athletic Conference Championship in program history at the 2009 OAC Championship Meet this afternoon (Saturday, October 31, 2009) in Wilmington, Ohio. The Yellow Jacket women had six runners earn all-conference honors and finished with 37 points to beat the second-place team by 35 points.
