Kevin Brown, a 2006 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, is in his first season on the Yellow Jacket coaching staff in 2009-10. A native of Cuyahoga Falls, Brown will assist with the B-W infielders and work in-depth with the second basemen.
Brown was a three-year letterwinner at second base for the Yellow Jackets from 2004-2006 and served as a team co-captain during his senior campaign. He earned second-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors in 2006 and honorable mention All-OAC status in 2005. Brown also was named a First-Team Academic All-OAC selection in 2005 and 2006 in addition to being named to the ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District IV squad.
Since graduation from B-W, Brown has been the player-coach-manager for the Akron Lasiks of the Greater Akron AA League. He earned his law degree at Cleveland Marshall Law School and is currently working with the Koblentz & Koblentz Law Firm in Cleveland.
