Harry "Ray" Salsgiver

Harry "Ray" Salsgiver was one of the most dominant wrestlers in the Ohio Athletic Conference during his time at B-W. He was a four-year letterman and a two-time team captain.
During his career, he was an OAC runner-up his freshman year (1964) and an OAC Champion on three separate occasions (1965, 1966, 1967). Salsgiver’s dual meet record was an impressive 43-2-2 over four years and had a total record of 58-3-2.
While at B-W he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
Before he attended the College, Salsgiver lived at the Berea Children’s Home for eight years.
Today, Salsgiver owns his own business, Ray’s Carpet Care.
