Tressel Field Groundbreaking on May 17...  The College will break ground on a 2-million dollar renovation of the track and playing field at The George Finnie Stadium. The field will now be known as Tressel Field. The three Tressel brothers, Dick '70, Dave '73 and Jim '75 all will be here to join in the celebration during Alumni Weekend 2008. Upcoming Announcements...  On Monday, May 12, the Ohio Athletic Conference will announce its All-OAC Baseball Team and on Tuesday, May 13, the Academic All-OAC At-Large Team will be announced.  Stay tuned.

Luken and Kidd Qualify for Academic All-America Ballot...   Yellow Jacket senior second baseman Nate Luken (Dayton/ Chaminade Julienne) and junior centerfielder Cody Kidd (Wellington) have been named as first-team ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District IV picks and now qualify for the national Academic All-America ballot. Men's Tennis Team Wins 20 Matches and is OAC Runner-up... The men's tennis team had a 20-6 overall record and was the OAC regular season runner-up with an 8-1 mark and placed second at the OAC Tournament. Baseball Team Ends Season With Sweep... Women's Tennis Team Repeats its OAC Titles... The women's tennis team repeated its OAC regular season and OAC Tournament championships and competed at the 2008 NCAA Division III National Tournament for the second straight year.
