6:30 p.m.   Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet - Ballroom, Strosacker College Union   Seven outstanding individuals will be inducted into the B-W Athletic Hall of Fame.  Our 2007 inductees are:  Cheryl Altizer '82, Kevin Braaten '97, Frank Dawson '56, James Eibel '92, Kelly Keenan '94, William Linder '94 and Jill Smith Sooy '97.   All alumni, family and friends are invited.   Adults-$18.00, Children (8 & under)-$9.00. 

7:30 p.m.  -  Fall Play - Kleist Center for Art & Drama, Allman Theatre  The Exonerated, directed by Neal Poole.  For reservations, please call the box office at (440) 826-2240.  Additional information is available on our Web site at:  www.bw.edu/academics/theatre/season/

Stop by the lower level of the Union to browse through the Bookstore for a wonderful selection of B-W items, cards and gifts.   Special 25% discount on selected B-W items.

10:30 – 11:30 a.m.  B-W Alumni Association Meeting - Quarry Room, Strosacker College Union
All alumni and friends are invited to attend.  Debra Yost Lyons '94, President of the National Alumni Association, will preside at the meeting which will include reports from Alumni Organizations and opportunities for alumni involvement in the coming year.

11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.mB-W Homecoming Luncheon - West Lawn, Strosacker College Union
You won't want to miss our 7th annual B-W Tailgate Luncheon.  Luncheon & Game Package: Adults-$12.00, 8 yrs. & under-$6.00.   Rain site - Ballroom

1:00 p.m. Homecoming Parade
B-W's Yellow Jacket Marching Band and interested Alumni Band* members will be leading the parade of student organizations, vintage cars and the Homecoming King and Queen candidates.  The parade begins in front of the College Union and proceeds down Tressel Street to the stadium.

1:40 p.m.  - Pre-Game Ceremonies - George Finnie Stadium
Welcome by  B-W President Dick Durst, Alumni Director Kathy McKenna Barber '70, National Alumni Association President Debra Yost Lyons '94, and the Sophomore Class President, Amanda Evans '10 .   Introduction of the Hall of Fame inductees, the 1982 Football Team, the Homecoming Court, Jacket Prince & Princess, and former Homecoming Kings and Queens. 

2:00 p.m.  Football Game - George Finnie Stadium
B-W vs. Muskingum College.  Come and cheer for the Yellow Jackets.  Winners of the student banner competition and spirit awards, as well as the game MVP, will be announced immediately following the game.  General admission tickets-$4.00.

5:00-6:00 p.m.   Happy Hour after the Game - The Student Activity Center (SAC), 96 Beech St.   All alumni and guests are invited to join your classmates and friends after the game.   $5 per person, cash bar.

6:00 p.m.   Reunions - The Student Activity Center (SAC)

* Interested in the Alumni Band?        

B-W's Marching Band director, Ken Mehalko '61, invites all alumni to play in the B-W Alumni Marching Band for the Homecoming game on Saturday, October 13th.  Any band alumni, or those alumni who play but didn't perform, are invited to be a part of  this great new tradition.  Tee shirts and lunch will be provided for those who participate.  For more details, or to let the Alumni Office know of your interest, please call (440) 826-2104, toll free (888) BWC-ALUM or e-mail bwalumni@bw.edu.                                           


1982 Football Team Reunion

Were you a part of the 1982 football team?  Members of the team, coaches, trainers, cheerleaders and spouses are invited to be guests of the College for the Homecoming luncheon and football game.  Team members will be introduced during the pre-game ceremonies.  The '82 football team was ranked #1 in the country finishing the regular season.  They also won the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship undefeated during the season 10 & 0, advancing to the semi finals Division III playoffs.  Please join us for this special team reunion.
