Mission Statement

Our purpose is to provide long term value to the graduates of the various Master’s of Business Programs at Baldwin-Wallace College by increasing the perception, experience, affinity and value of a Baldwin-Wallace MBA.

Strategic Objectives

Our organization exists to provide our graduates with the following:

An opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and build new relationships

Through educational and social events we hope to foster the formation of new relationships among our alumni, faculty, and those connected with the College and the region. The value of the B-W degree is more than education; it includes relationships. With every new connection, alumni increase their circle of influence.

Keep in contact with former classmates

Social and educational formats encourage reconnections among and between alumni and professors.

Provide opportunities for Continuing Education

In conjunction with the Center for Professional Development, the Business Division, the Alumni Office, and Career Services, we hope to provide meaningful and relevant dialogue about the happenings of the region and the resources and touch points that the College has to engage in these points.

The ability to showcase the accomplishments of our graduates

This may include a recognition event to honor outstanding MBA graduates who have made an impact on society. This may also include presentations by alumni on their industry or innovations they have made.

A sustainable connection and affinity to Baldwin-Wallace College

Provide opportunities for engagement at all phases of life and for alumni of various backgrounds, lifestyles and ages.

Career Services for MBA graduates

Work with Career Services to provide opportunities for alumni responding to an unplanned career transition to market themselves on paper and in person.

Profile the exceptional faculty at Baldwin-Wallace College

With many award-winning and industry-vetted professors at B-W, we will engage the knowledge of faculty to provide valued content at educational interactions.

The MBA Association hopes to provide B-W with the following:

Enrollment support from alumni and current students in the open houses hosted by the Division.

Support in raising annual funds to provide access for potential students in the area.
