Scholarship and Award Programsfor First Year Full-time Students 2008-2009
B-W provides a comprehensive program of scholarships and awards that recognize academic achievement, outstanding leadership, extracurricular involvement, and service. Specific criteria for each scholarship and award are indicated below.
Once students have completed their admission application, the Office of Undergraduate Admission determines scholarship and award qualifications based on 7th semester ranking and grade point average and standardized testing taken on or before February 2008.
Students may be eligible for need-based aid in addition to the awards listed below. Some of our most talented freshmen may qualify for scholarship and award support up to $17,500.

Note: Students may be eligible for other awards in conjunction with any academic scholarship. However, B-W gift assistance will not exceed full tuition.
Students must be enrolled full-time each semester in order to receive the scholarships/awards. In addition, each scholarship will be applied in two equal amounts against the college billing statements, beginning Fall semester. If a student is only enrolled for one semester during any given academic year, then only half of the scholarship/award will be credited.
