Our students count athletics—whether varsity or recreational, as player or spectator—as an important factor in their decision to attend B-W.

As a varsity player, you’ll compete in the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC), the third oldest conference in the nation.  B-W competes at the NCAA Division III level and each year produces several Acadamic All-Americans, All-OAC award winners and NCAA qualifiers.  The intercollegiate teams are fortunate to have an opportunity to take trips to Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Pinehurst, NC and others throughout the past several years.

If recreation is more your style, you’ll have your choice of a number of intramural and club sports that not only compete on campus, but also across the country.  Several of the Olympic Club Sports travel to National Championships and regional competitions.  In the past few years, B-W has been represented in tournaments in Arizona, Utah, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Kentucky, just to name a few.
