Why did you choose to transfer to B-W?
I spent two years at a large state university and I wasn’t happy. I decided to transfer to B-W because it was closer to home and has an excellent education program. I really like the size of the College. I feel that my classes are taught on a personal level and I am much more comfortable talking to my professors when I need help.
How did your classes transfer to B-W?
Although not all of my classes transferred to B-W, I still know that transferring from the large state university I was attending was the right thing to do. I know that I might be taking a few more classes, but in the end I know that it will make me a more well-rounded person and better prepare me as a teacher.
What advice would you share with a prospective student thinking about transferring
to B-W?
Don’t wait! I went back and forth on the idea of transferring for over 1 1/2 years and then finally did it! I wish I had done it sooner. I really feel that B-W is a great place for me. There are so many opportunities for me on campus. Everyone is so helpful and would do anything to make sure that I am successful! The staff and faculty are great and the students are extremely friendly.
