Why did you choose to attend B-W?
As an adult degree completion student, I love attending a smaller school. The accelerated evening and Saturday classes are great and Baldwin-Wallace is close to my home and work. My sister, Allyson, enrolled first in B-W's adult degree completion program and that made me think, why aren't I going back to school too? As it turns out, it was the perfect time for me to start back to college. I would like to be promoted within my current company, and this is an important step for me toward that goal.
What has been your experience with different course formats?
I love the accelerated minimester courses: fewer weeks with more focused work really keep me focused. I also enjoyed my film Immersion course. The work load was significant, but it was all worth it!
How did your courses transfer to B-W's adult degree completion program from other institutions?
I attended Cuyahoga Community College's Western Campus and transferred 6 credits.
What do you like best about Baldwin-Wallace College?
I really like the the course scheduling and program flexibility B-W has to offer in the adult degree completion program. Several other people from work have enrolled at B-W, so now we're doing this together. As friends and coworkers, we all continue to encourage each other.
