For the past two weeks, the Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets have been preparing for their upcoming football season. We have been taking an aggressive approach towards this Spring; trying to improve on last year’s success. We know that in order for us to fully restore the order in the OAC, we must excel in everything we do. We lost a few key contributors from last year’s squad, but we are doing everything we can to replace them. Both the offense and defense are looking very good at this point; sure we have our “mess-ups” but what team doesn’t. One of the highlights to Spring Ball is that we get to practice in the Cleveland Browns’ Indoor Practice Facility, located on Lou Groza Boulevard. (This is right around the corner from BW.) It is a great field, and it helps to keep us dry and cool, with the weather being so unpredictable. What other D-III football team gets an opportunity like that? Not many, if any. We have practice today and tomorrow, and then our week is over. (This is always a good feeling.)
