I would like to start off saying what I am grateful for and I would like to say that I am grateful for my parents. Yes they drive me crazy and I mean absolutely insane but without them I don’t think I would be at BW let alone college in general. While I’m in school or studying they help me take care of my daughter. They know I’m working hard to graduate college and go on into a career or higher education so they help me with whatever they can. I’m also grateful to have such a beautiful and well behave daughter. I’m not just saying that because she is my child but because she understands when mommy has to do school work and she stays out of my way during that time. I’m thankful for my sister, boyfriend, friends, and sorority sisters because they helped me develop into the young woman I am today and provided me with companionship that I needed over the years.
Ok I’m done with my spill of thankfulness now lets talk about the FOOD! So I went to my best friend’s aunt’s house for the thanksgiving dinner and the food was fantastic. We had Hispanic food and being a Spanish minor I was not mad at all! She cooked rice and beans, turkey, pastels, flan, pumpkin rolls, and so much more! We also had wine and it was delicious! So I was thankful to have a delicious meal because I know some people out there don’t have much.
