I know I wrote about the stress of picking and applying to law schools all fall, but the whole process is officially over! I’m happy to say that I’m going to Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. It’s a beautiful building (picture below) and the Cleveland State campus is actually really awesome, too. They have something called the Innerlink, where I never have to step outside in these wonderful Cleveland winters.
I’ve worked really hard to get into law school, and I have to say that it would not have been possible without all the friends (both faculty and staff) that I have made here at BW. BW has really made me into a better student and I think my experiences here have prepared me well for what I’m going to be doing in law school. Career Services helped me prepare my resume and personal statement and my professors wrote me great recommendation letters that got me in to some of the best schools in the country.
It’s weird to be sending in a seat deposit again and I’m starting to look for a place to live. Grown up life is coming up pretty quickly and while some of it seems pretty scary, I’m ready to move forward and take with me all the knowledge and experience that I gained during my time at BW.
But it’s not over just yet. I still have to finish my thesis (24 pages down, 21 more to go!). Wish me luck.
