  • Talk with a Financial Aid Counselor
Your B-W education can be affordable! Lots of information is available at your finger tips on these pages, but sometimes a conversation really helps. To talk with a Financial Aid specialist or meet with a counselor, call 440-826-2108 or email finaid@bw.edu.
  • Lower Tuition Rates for Part-time Evening/Weekend Classes

Did you know you can save thousands of dollars on the total cost of education by attending Baldwin-Wallace College part-time as an Adult and Continuing Education student? Many adults find that one to three classes a semester is all they can handle with work and family responsibilities - this is considered part-time status.   As a part-time Evening/Weekend student, B-W discounts your tuition significantly.  Full-time students pay the same tuition for 12-18 credit hours attending days, evenings or Saturdays.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Payment Program (TRPP)

B-W has a special payment plan for working adults who receive tuition benefits from their employer. B-W's Tuition Reimbursement Payment Program (TRPP) gives you 30 days after the semester to present grades to your employer and pay the College, easing your out-of-pocket costs as you register for classes. even if your employer's tuition benefit program covers only a few dollars a year, you can still participate in TRPP.

  • Grants and Low Interest Loans

Grants may be available for Adult and Continuing Education students, based on financial eligibility and whether they are attending full-time or part-time. Many Evening/Weekend students take advantage of student loans to help finance their education because of low interest rates and deferred, flexible repayment options. Half-time students (six or more credit hours per term) are almost always eligible to receive a Federal Stafford Loan, and students with less than six credits per term may consider alternative loans. To qualify for federal grants and/or loans, you must apply for financial aid.

  • Scholarships

Scholarships for full-time transfer students range from $1,000 to $8,500 per year. Eligibility for these awards are determined by the Admission Office.
