as a B-W Quick Start student!
Sometimes the hardest part about enrolling in college is just getting started ... not so at B-W!
Enrolling as a B-W Quick Start Student is as easy as 1-2-3! At Quick Start Night, you will:
1. Meet with an admission counselor
2. Review transfer credit and discuss courses
3. Complete your Quick Start application
and register for a course or two
... All in one meeting!
What is Quick Start Admission?
Quick Start Admission is designed to give adults greater flexibility and access to enroll in their first few B-W courses (up to 10 credits in one semester) … prior to formally enrolling as a degree-seeking student. Students then complete the regular application process to continue taking courses beyond the first semester as a Quick Start student. All courses you take as a Quick Start student become part of your B-W record and count toward degree requirements.
The Quick Start application is easy to complete -- it's just one page and does not require official academic transcripts. If you don't have official transcripts readily available, bring your student copies for an admission counselor to review . We'll give you an unofficial evaluation of transfer credit and help you select and enroll in a class or two.
