The Certificate Program in Leadership is designed to enhance leadership skills, building knowledge and strategies to achieve organizational goals. It provides a foundation for managing and leading in today’s team-based organizations.
B-W Certificate Programs build focused knowledge in a career-relevant area without requiring that students complete an entire degree program. Certificates update and enhance career credentials. All courses for this program are available in the Evening & Weekend College, and may be completed on a part-time schedule. Certificate courses may be used to meet bachelor’s degree requirements.
The Certificate in Leadership requires six college courses, for a total of 18-20 semester hour credits. Two of the six courses may be transferred from other accredited colleges and universities.
