Baldwin-Wallace College has transfer agreements with TriC, Lakeland and Lorain County Community College, allowing associate degree graduates to enter Baldwin-Wallace as college juniors in the adult bachelor's degree completion programs in Accounting, Business, Human Resources and Management at B-W East. Adult students can earn their entire bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership in a new accelerated three-year program.
B-W Certificate Programs are designed for working adult students to build focused knowledge in a career-relevant area without requiring that you complete an entire degree program. Certificate Programs are comprised of six college courses in a work-relevant area. At B-W East, adults complete Certificate Programs in Accounting and Human Resources Management.
