Transfers for Undergraduate Admission
Baldwin-Wallace College has a rolling admission policy; however, we strongly recommend that you use the following guidelines:
- Fall semester -- Apply between January 1 and July 1
- Spring semester -- Apply between September 1 and December 1
Baldwin-Wallace College notifies applicants aproximately 4-6 weeks after all required application information and forms are received by the Office of Admission. A complete application is comprised of the following:
- Transfer Application. A $25 non-refundable application fee is required with applications not submitted online. Checks should be made payable to Baldwin-Wallace College.
- Official High School Transcripts, sent directly from your high school
- Test Scores - If applicable, please submit the results of either the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
- Official College Transcripts - You will need to have official college transcripts sent directly from all colleges/universities attended to the Office of Admission. Often there is a small transaction fee (usually a few dollars), so it is a good idea to check with each school before submitting a transcript request.
- Professor Recommendation Form
- Dean's Evaluation Form
Transfer Scholarships and Financial Aid
Students are considered for scholarships and awards at the time of the admission review. No separate application is required. To be considered for need-based financial assistance, students must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
