So you're thinking about studying abroad. Maybe you know where you'd like to go, or maybe you'd like to know more about the programs and which ones are best suited to your major. What's the next step?
- Attend a Study Abroad Fair on campus or stop up and visit the Explorations/Study Abroad Office
- Check out the programs. Determine which ones fit best with your field of study.
- Review the requirements for eligibility to study abroad.
- Consider costs and start planning ahead.
- Talk with your academic advisor to discuss when and how studying abroad might fit into your academic schedule.
- Be familiar with the deadlines and be sure to submit application to the Explorations/Study Abroad Office early. (Some programs limit the number of students, and the most popular ones fill up fast!)
