20th Annual Ohio Undergraduate Psychology Research Conference

Welcome to the 20th Annual Ohio Undergraduate Psychology Research Conference, which will be held on the campus of Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, on April 8th, 2006.

Download the OUPRC Schedule here.

The OUPRC provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to present their original works to other students and faculty. A consortium of Ohio colleges and universities sponsors the conference each year. Student papers are welcomed from both member and nonmember institutions, within and beyond the state of Ohio.

The OUPRC will be held in the Malicky Center on the Baldwin-Wallace College campus (located near the intersection of Bagley Road and Front Street).  Download a campus map (.pdf format) for more details (the Malicky Center is building #20 on the campus map).  Upon your arrival, conference attendees are asked to sign-in at the registration table that will be located on the first floor of the Malicky Center (follow the signs).

This year, OUPRC coincides with our visit from Dr. David Barlow, our Harrington Distinguished Visiting Professor. Please register to join us on Friday, April 7th at 8:30pm in the Kleist Center for Art & Drama for Dr. Barlow's presentation entitled, "The Nature and Origin of Anxiety and Anxiety Disorders."  A reception will follow in the Kleist Center lobby. The event is free and open to the public, but due to limited seating, we are asking that persons register for the event here.

Conference Coordinators: Dale Grubb, Ph.D. dgrubb@bw.edu & Dr. Brian Woodside, Ph.D. bwoodsid@bw.edu
