Brief Biography
Dr. Esty earned a B.A. from the College of Wooster, an M.A. in Community Counseling from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. from the University of Akron. Her research interests include diversity issues, food issues, stress and coping, fat prejudice, and eating disorders. Dr. Esty teaches courses in Multicultural Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling Psychology.
