How I got involved in the lab: Principles of Neuroscience and books on neurology and physiology
My experience working in the lab: Being new to the lab, it was easy to be overwhelmed. However, the rest of the lab members have helped me feel part of the team and have coached me along the way. The lab so far has been an outstanding experience.
How I think the lab is helping me obtain my long-term goals: The hands on experience mixed with the general research knowledge will provide me a strong basis for further research experience.
